Condition Notes (Project Piece) This is a high-quality restoration candidate with excellent \"bones.\" Frame: Solid teak construction is structurally sound. The wood retains a beautiful grain with some age-appropriate light scratches and scuffs that would easily clean up with a light sanding and oiling. Straps: The seat straps have been replaced (non-original) but provide firm support. Cushions: Original dark green cushions are included. They are in rough condition with visible tearing and fading.
