Beautiful, pristine vintage reversible jacket/coat from Isaia. Made of a luxurious 70/30 Wool/Cashmere blend with a brown leather collar and nape. One side is a charcoal gray twill with large flap patch pockets and the reverse has smooth, brushed weave black fabric with slanted welt pockets and brown leather collar.
