Vintage Floral Print Blouse

This E.D. Michaels vintage blouse is beautiful! It has an ivory floral pattern against a navy blue background and four oversize shell buttons down the front. 
A row of pleats cascade down the back, flaring out at a sweet little bow. Cropped length makes it a great match for high waisted jeans. Rayon. Dry clean only (but I wash my rayon in cold water all the time).
