1980s Rayon Shirt Dress

Beautiful new with tags deadstock dress from Nordstrom. Nice drapey 100% rayon. Classic navy blue, tiered skirt, cuffed 3/4 sleeves, and notched collar. Excellent condition, only flaw is that the glue in the belt is failing. Measurements in inches, taken lying flat. Bust 20, waist stretches 12.5-16.5, sleeve 17.5, total length 40
