Vintage Ann Tjian for Kenar 2 dress. 100% silk. Navy blue with cream accents and buttons. Two hand pockets and one breast pocket. Double breasted with a notched lapel collar. Short sleeved. Dress is fitted, no stretch to skirt. Skirt is pleated. Button front closure with a hook and eye closure and button snap closure at waist. Shoulder pads.
