Vintage 1940's Navy Blue Dress with Capelet and Belt Women's Size Small. Dress is navy blue with cream patterns, the capelet matches the dress and is red on the interior and the belt is red. Dress is short sleeved and has a button front closure. There is also a side zip closure. Shoulder pads in the dress. No tags, dress fits like a small and feels like rayon, see measurements for accurate sizing.
