Chelsea 28 black cocktail dress with an off the shoulder design and belled sleeves starting at the elbows. Dress has a single darted bust and built in second lining at the bust with a hidden elastic inside band. Back inseam zipper closure with top metal clasp. Dress is a size 12 and is in excellent used condition. Brightness is turned up on these photos to show detail, but dress is inky black in person. Made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex with a 100% polyester interior. Measurements in inches: bust 37, waist 35, hip 42, total length 37 1/2
